Taste the World - Italy

Andrew Waterhouse, professor and an internationally recognized wine chemist, is currently interested in the effect of oxidation on wine chemistry and how this oxidation affects important quality parameters of wine, such as taste and color.

Waterhouse is currently testing some new theories on wine oxidation chemistry.

Eight wines will be tasted along with savory appetizers.
