UC Davis Olive Center's Master Milling Course

Join the UC Davis Olive Center for a three-day intensive class on olive oil milling. Gain advanced knowledge on milling principles, equipment, and processes to produce high-quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Designed for new and expert millers, and for professionals with an introductory knowledge of milling who are looking for the latest science in the art of making olive oil.

The course includes two days of lectures (Sept. 9-10th) and guided mill visits on the third day (Sept. 11th) for practical learning.

September 9-10th, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
September 11, 8:00 am - 3:35 pm.

Check-in starts at 8:30 am on Day 1.

Parking $16.00. You'll be emailed instructions to purchase your parking after you register.

REFUND POLICY: Full refund (less $100 service fee) before on or before September 2nd. Refunds may take 4-8 weeks to process. After September 2nd, no refunds given for any reason.
